We couldn't be more pleased!
After extensive research into property management companies in west Maui, my wife and I decided on Scott Jordan and his team at Maui Life Realty to manage our Lahaina Shores condo. We communicated back and forth throughout the month of March and decided on a transition date of July 1, 2022. We traveled to Maui in April, met with Scott and toured the property. The same day Scott had a photographer meet up with us and capture some gorgeous pics of the condo and overall property. A few days later we were listed on multiple booking sites including AIRBNB, VRBO and Maui Life Reality. Since the transition we have seen an increase in reservations/revenue.
